What we collect

When you use the bot, we receive your Telegram ID and username. You choose your language and optionally attach a question to your cup photo.

We generate and store your reading text, a share summary, an internal photo reference within Telegram, and usage data for analytics.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, email, payment card details, or location.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide readings, remember your language, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve our service. Anonymized reading summaries may appear on our website. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Photos

Cup photos are processed in memory and immediately discarded. Photos are never saved to disk. We store only an internal reference so the share feature works within Telegram.

Payments

Payments are made via Telegram Stars. We never receive or store your payment card details. We store only the payment amount, a charge ID for refunds, and the timestamp. For refund requests, use /paysupport in the bot.

Sharing

After each reading, the bot generates a short summary you can share. Anonymized summaries containing no personal information may appear on the fildzan.app website.

Third-party services

We use Telegram for messaging and payments, an AI service provider for photo analysis and reading generation, and a hosting provider with servers in the European Union. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Use /delete in the bot to remove your readings, payments, and preferences. We keep only your Telegram ID and free reading status to prevent abuse. Contact [email protected] to request a copy of your data or to remove your share summaries from the website. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Security

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union with encrypted connections and restricted database access.

Children

Fildžan is not intended for users under 16. If you believe a child has used our service, contact us and we will delete their data.
